What an absolutely superb customer experience Jack and his company provide. I've used the term purposefully here, the whole customer experience is excellent from start to finish, it's not just the service provided when the work is being carried out. Jack came highly recommended by a fellow village resident. We booked two sofas to be cleaned and agreed a date and time. From that moment to the date of the date we received simple, clear, helpful emails setting out what we needed to do In preparation. On the day Jack arrived promptly. He has a very pleasant manner, combined with a professional; approach, minimised our disruption and was a tidy worker. The finished result exceeded our expectations. I called winks carpet cleaning last weekend to receive a quote to have my downstairs carpets cleaned after moving into a new home. I sent jack over some photos of the tatty “make-do” carpets in the house and he filled me with confidence that he could sort them out and bring some life back into them. He showed up this morning right on time and started work. He was professional and polite throughout the job and my carpets now look great again! We were going to replace the carpets in the near future and was having them cleaned just to get us by… but now I think the carpets have a new lease of life and will last us a good while to come. Fantastic Service from Jack. Highly Recommend! Had Jack in to clean our living room and upstairs carpets, all I can say is what an impressive service. Fast, efficient, and brought all the little extras that show he really takes pride in his work. Things like boot accessories to protect the carpets, and a little ramp over the path outside (so no one trips on his hose) which really stood out to me. There was a small hiccup, one room got missed, but to Jack’s credit, he came back the very next day to sort it out. No fuss, no excuses, just sorted it. Top marks for that kind of service. And the best part? Whatever product he used made the house smell absolutely delicious for days. Honestly, such a fresh, clean scent that lasted all week! Great service all round. Very professional job, I’m still in shock how different my mat looks! Pictures don’t do it justice, it literally looks like a brand new mat, it was very dull, white areas were beige and the beige areas were brown but now it looks like when I had it - all the colours are shining through! Thank you so much, you’ve done such an amazing job! Amazing customer service I’d like to give a huge thanks to Jack from Winks Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning Ltd for a fantastic job done cleaning my carpet. I had just got the keys to a rental property and the carpet was filthy. Jack kindly arranged to clean the carpet as soon as I got the keys! All I can say is Wow! What a difference it made. We needed a urgent sofa and carpet clean after an accident, we call Wink's explained the issue. Within an hour they had arrived and started the job, he was great with our elderly father in law. He kept us updated and then let us know us know when it was done. When we arrived he had done a really good job, carpet and sofa very clean and no smell left at all. Came across Jack on socials and been looking for a good carpet cleaner for a while. Our carpets were showing the signs of having a toddler and busy home, but Jack’s cleaning left them looking new and smelling fresh and amazing. A few stains came back up in drying process and Jack arranged to come back to lift the marks. Will be booking in for our sofa to be cleaned in the New Year! Superb. Very impressed with the booking and the info what to do prior to Wink’s arrival. Then just so bowled over by the end result. The ‘faded’ dull looking carpet which I thought was beyond rescuing, but was very loathe to replace as I love the unique pattern, has sprung back to life. The colours are just wonderfully vibrant again. It looks, and feels just as beautiful as the day it was laid. Really pleased I put my carpet in Wink’s very professional hands! ~ Carol L

Had my carpet iron burn repaired with Winks carpet & upholstery, it was a very nice experience from booking an appointment to the end of the service. I was amazed by the job he did with my carpet, saving me from getting billed when I moved out of the property. During the end of tenancy inspection, nobody noticed the area repaired by Jack. Jack from Wink's carpet & Upholstery cleaning has cleaned my hall, stairs and landing carpets (large landing area) and i have to say I was really impressed from start to finish. I can't praise enough of how good a job Jack has done here. We had a German Shephard 3 years ago along with a new carpet ! I was going to spend around £600 on a new carpet as it looked ruined as our lounge backs onto the garden and in winter very muddy paw prints etc. We also have an open coal fire and the carpet was awful, but I saw Jack's advert and thought I would try him out supporting a local young lad in his family business. Firstly his calendar is clever for reminders a month , a week a day and an hour before the appointment reminders were really useful. The quality and standard of the clean was 11 out of 10 , Jack has got a £40k setup of cleaning equipment not a hired cleaner from Tesco. High quality machinery, equipment, compressor, spray , and cleaning tools and machinery. This is a high quality set up and would recommend to anyone, priced really reasonable for such a quality job. Took out 3 years worth of dog hair , mud and dust, literary looks new. Jack also spruced up the stairs and landing again to the highest standard, carpets look brand new. ~ Ant b

Very professional company! Contacted Jack for advise as to if our commercial oil stained carpet would be something he could have a look at, came to see us within a few hours and made it look like new again. I have just moved into a new house and all the carpets were stained and stinking of dog. I decided to get them cleaned just to make them liveable until I get around to replacing them, but Jack has done such an amazing job they don't even need replacing. Jack managed to fit me in before Christmas,the process of Getting quotes to the job being completed was seamless and very easy, even getting text and email notifications an hour before he arrived. The carpet cleaning Jack has done has far surpassed my expectations. He was quick, efficient, but most of all thorough and I can't believe how good our (tired, not overly expensive) carpets and rug now look after 5 years of family and dog wear and tear with Jack's hard work.
