I've used the term purposefully here, the whole customer experience is excellent from start to finish, it's not just the service provided when the work is being carried out. I called winks carpet cleaning last weekend to receive a quote to have my downstairs carpets cleaned after moving into a new home. I sent jack over some photos of the tatty “make-do” carpets in the house and he filled me with confidence that he could sort them out and bring some life back into them. He showed up this morning right on time and started work. He was professional and polite throughout the job and my carpets now look great again! We were going to replace the carpets in the near future and was having them cleaned just to get us by… but now I think the carpets have a new lease of life and will last us a good while to come.
